"Focus on your strengths" - Elena Seranova for the Soulful Selling Podcast

Our founder, Elena Seranova got recently interviewed for the Soulful Selling podcast! 
She shared the experience of her entrepreneurial journey, what she learned by starting her first business at 22 and how she went from unable to pay her rent to 6 figures in 18 months. She talked about the products that sell, where new entrepreneurs should be focusing on and gave tips on business automation.

Some tips on sales:

Don’t sell a crappy product: put some effort into the product you are creating. If you are selling products of others companies, make sure you believe in it and would buy it yourself. 

Always keep self-evaluating yourself and your sales techniques: don’t get discouraged if things don’t work out, just reflect on what you are doing. 

If you are selling something you are not passionate about but you are selling it well, you know that you are on the right track and can be much more successful if you find and sell what you love.

Tips to take away before starting a business:

Automate as much as possible: such as customer requests, welcome letters etc. so you can focus on the most important parts & sales.

Find Brand Ambassadors: people who are excited about your product to have consistent channels to bring new customers.
